Do you dare to journey through Hamburg's dark history? With this ticket to Hamburg Dungeon, you'll have a first-hand experience of the most horrific events in the city.
The city of Hamburg hides a turbulent past. Get into the dungeon's old lift and get ready to travel back through 600 years of terrifying history.
Once the lift doors close, there's no going back! The worst episodes in the history of Hamburg will be brought to life, and you'll be a part of them. Will you be able to escape the havoc of the plague or the terror of the great fire of 1842? What about the 18th-century methods of torture?
Next, you can try and escape the labyrinth. The mirrors may make you lose your way though... we hope you're feeling brave!
For an hour and a half, you'll be witness to the special effects, dedicated actors and precise decoration, making this feel like a true nightmare. There's no experience like it!
Please be aware that the show and interaction with visitors take place in German apart from Saturday and Sunday at 10 am when there is a version in English.
If you can't go at that time and don't speak German, don't worry; the special effects and overall atmosphere are worth experiencing even if you don't understand everything that is happening.
Hamburg Dungeon is open every day of the year, apart from December 24 and 25, from 10 am to 5 pm.
