Museum of Senses Madrid

Are you ready to question your own reality? Right in the heart of Madrid, the Museum of Senses invites you on a fascinating journey where your senses take center stage.

Through an interactive circuit, this space blends science, psychology, and entertainment to show you just how differently the brain can interpret the world compared to how things actually are.

With this ticket, you'll access rooms that defy gravity, face illusions that trick your eyes, and discover why you can't always trust what you see, hear, or touch. A perfect plan for curious minds of all ages!

What to See at the Museum of Senses

To make the most of the experience, the museum is explored in socks, letting touch guide your steps through rooms designed to activate every one of your senses:

Bed of Nails: Would you dare lie down on 1,200 sharp nails? This room puts your courage to the test and reveals the science behind pressure distribution. You'll learn why, against all logic, it's actually possible to rest on them without a scratch.
Vortex Tunnel and Pin Wall: brace yourself to lose your balance in a tunnel where movement and light create a spinning illusion that will throw your brain completely off. And at the 3D Pin Wall, you can sculpt your own body shape!
Levitating Water: step into a dimension where gravity is just a suggestion. Watch water float and flow upward in a hypnotic display. It's the perfect place to embrace the impossible: while your eyes see the water rising, your ears hear it falling. Who are you going to believe?
Laser Maze: In this high-precision room, you'll need to navigate a network of laser beams without triggering a single one. Every move counts, and you'll need agility, focus, and sharp reflexes to make it through without setting off the alarm.
Taste Room: This is where your Sense Kit comes into play. In an environment designed to stimulate your sight and hearing, the real challenge is your taste buds. You'll discover how your surroundings and other senses can completely change the flavor of what you're eating.
