At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Sítio Cultural Museu da Estância, where we'll hop into a powerful 4x4 vehicle to begin this activity in the canyons of Mampituba. Adventure awaits!
We'll then begin our journey of about 12 kilometres (7.5 miles) through the ancient and inhospitable Serra do Silveirão, a site which has many stories and legends associated with it. We'll learn all about them on the way.
We'll continue our 4x4 adventure at the Josafez farm, where we'll hop out of the vehicle to enjoy a hiking route of around 2 kilometres (1.2 miles) along the eastern edge of the Josafez canyon. In this area, known as Garganta do Silveirão, we'll see incredible natural beauty in the Lage waterfall and the Teimosa waterfall, as well as the native wildlife and flora.

Along the way, we'll make a stop at the Avião viewpoint, offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscapes.
