Ficamos esperando em um calor de mais de 30 graus no local de encontro. Poderei ser em um lugar um pouco mais confortável. Como só tinha opção inglês quando comprei, minha esposa não entendeu nada da guia e acabamos por abandonar o grupo após a Monalisa. Talvez seja melhor para quem compra o idioma correto. Vake por não enfrentar a fila que por sinal quando saímos por volta de 11h30 da manhã estava quilométrica.

We waited in over 30-degree heat at the meeting point. It could be in a slightly more comfortable place. Since there was only an English option when I bought, my wife didn’t understand anything from the guide and we ended up leaving the group after seeing the Mona Lisa. It might be better for those who buy the correct language. It's worth it to avoid the line which, by the way, when we left around 11:30 in the morning, was kilometer-long.

No recomiendo gastar dinero en esta experiencia por dos motivos: acceso prioritario a Mona Lisa consiste en que te guían hacia el cuadro, y no porque tienes alguna ventaja en verla mejor o acercarte más. Y segundo: no te dejan la entrada al museo física, con lo cual limita en el caso que quieres salir y volver a entrar. Nuestra acompañante (se me olvidó su nombre), serbia de origen, nos enseñó lo máximo posible en nuestro recorrido, dándonos breves explicaciones en tres idiomas, muy amable!

I do not recommend spending money on this experience for two reasons: priority access to the Mona Lisa means that they guide you to the painting, and not because you have any advantage in seeing it better or getting closer. And second: they do not give you the physical ticket to the museum, which limits you in case you want to go out and come back in. Our guide (I forgot her name), originally from Serbia, showed us as much as possible during our tour, giving us brief explanations in three languages, very kind!

Guida molto disponibile e con un inglese facilmente comprensibile e un ottimo sistema di trasmissione dell'audio nelle cuffie, senza ritardi o echi nella voce della guida. Mancanza di audioguida in italiano (per chi non sa l'inglese) con indicazione chiara delle stanze che si stavano attraversando (mismatch tra i numeri della guida sul Q-CODE e quelli nella stanza, poi perché non numerare le stanze in ordine n base al tragitto che avete già pianificato e mettere il resto in fondo all'elenco?).

The guide was very helpful, spoke easy-to-understand English, and had an excellent audio system through the headphones, with no delays or echoes in the guide's voice. There was no audio guide in Italian (for those who don't speak English) with clear indications of the rooms you were passing through (there was a mismatch between the guide's numbers on the Q-CODE and those in the room; why not number the rooms in order based on your planned itinerary and put the rest at the bottom of the list?).

Comprei sem guia, pois não gostamos de guia. No voucher falava que tinhamos que encontrar com uma pessoa da empresa para trocar o voucher por um ingresso, ao encontra-lo descobrimos que o passeio seria guiado (tudo em inglês e não falamos inglês - e não tinha opção do espanhol). Comprei o passeio mais caro com acesso prioritário à Mona Lisa, porém, não foi prioritário, entramos na sala no meio da muvuca e quase não conseguimos chegar proximo do quadro.

I bought without a guide, as we don't like guides. The voucher said we had to meet someone from the company to exchange the voucher for a ticket, and upon meeting them, we discovered that the tour would be guided (everything in English and we don't speak English - and there was no option for Spanish). I bought the more expensive tour with priority access to the Mona Lisa, however, it was not prioritized, we entered the room in the middle of the crowd and could hardly get close to the painting.

Bene il fatto di aver saltato la fila e di essere arrivati in breve tempo alla Gioconda. pioveva e faceva freddo e la fila alle 8:30 del mattino era già immensa. Non ho ricevuto il QR code per poter scaricare l'audioguida in italiano. La guida era simpatica e cordiale, ma ho pagato per guida in italiano, mentre è stata in inglese. Comunque abbiamo seguito all' 80%. Non c'è stata data la possibilità di lasciare lo zaino in custodia, portandolo a spalla per tutto il tempo.

It was great to skip the line and arrive at the Mona Lisa in a short time. It was raining and cold, and the line at 8:30 in the morning was already huge. I did not receive the QR code to download the audio guide in Italian. The guide was nice and friendly, but I paid for a guide in Italian, while it was in English. Anyway, we followed about 80%. Pegamos o horário das 15:30 e a guia que libera nossa entrada e nos leva a Monalisa demora muito pra chegar no local, depois de ver a Monalisa tem pouco tempo até o fechamento do louvre e não dá pra contemplar o restante das obras, fizemos tudo às pressas. Se pegar este passeio vá cedo!
