The food wasn't bad, and the music wasn't bad either...quite enjoyable. My problem was when I got directions, neither Civitatis nor the provider knew how to give me the right directions. I arrived at the ship almost at sea. At least they waited for me, but that totally ruined the moment because they put me at a table in the middle, with no way of seeing anything. Of all the activities I've done with Civitatis, this wasn't the most enjoyable.

Barca non grandissima, atmosfera quasi familiare. Equipaggio molto cortese e servizio attento. Buona esperienza Translate this opinion into English.

Not a very big boat, almost a family atmosphere. The crew was very courteous and the service attentive. The dinner included an appetizer, (not exceptional), a main course of choice (very good) and a dessert (excellent). Dinner was served at the table. There was a jazz guitarist providing a discreet background, very well prepared. The lovely trip lasted two hours. Good experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Peccato

The tour was very evocative, seeing Prague bathed by the Vltava, with the lights reflecting on the waters, was pure spectacle. The menu was good and the cheerful accordion music accompanied us during the journey, but.....not everything was perfect. I refer to the lack of a guide who could explain the monuments, historic buildings, churches, and so on. Someone who could provide information about the river, its height, navigability, structures built for the elevation changes, etc. What a shame.

Translate this opinion into English.

The cruise is pretty nice, you can see the monuments at night. For what we could eat, it was good. Too bad our evening was ruined by a group of disrespectful, noisy and selfish people who allowed themselves to raid the buffet, leaving nothing for the other passengers. To end up leaving more than half of it at the end on the tables or filling their bags with food. Mind-blowing!!! Too bad the boat staff did not intervene to stop them. Opinion translated.

Great staff: very smiling and attentive. The food is a bit "fair" in terms of "choice". And the big mistake: there were no comments! In other words, everything we have seen (the buildings, the parks...) we have no idea what it was. It was a nice walk and dinner, but as tourists, it was our first day in Prague, we didn't learn anything.

Poor signage at the departure dock. The tables on board are very close together, so besides eating next to a couple of strangers, we had to make them get up to go to the buffet or the bathroom. A good part of the tour is completely useless, also because time is wasted at the locks. Food just sufficient. No explanation of what can be seen from the boat, nice accordion music but nothing special. In short, not a memorable experience.

Llegamos puntualmente. Ambiente agradable. Mucho frío en cubierta Translate this opinion into English.

Decepcionante. Translate this opinion into English.

Dinner is buffet, the truth is little variety, seeing the city as such at night is not entirely true, because the river is only navigable on one side. They give you a couple of laps in the middle of where you can. They charge you drinks separately, 10% of the tip included and on top you must leave something for the musician who plays. Disappointing. Opinion translated. Show original.
