Want a 360° panoramic view of Prague's rooftops, the Vltava, and the Castle? Then don't miss booking this ticket to the Old Town Tower at Charles Bridge.
Charles Bridge is one of the Czech Republic's most iconic landmarks. Its construction began in 1357 under King Charles IV.
This monumental limestone bridge, supported by 16 majestic arches, is adorned with an exterior gallery of 30 Baroque statues depicting saints of the era. For centuries, it served as the only way to cross the Vltava River, connecting Prague Castle to the Old Town.
With this ticket, you can climb up the majestic Old Town Tower, designed by the renowned imperial architect Peter Parler. This imposing 14th-century fortification served not only a defensive purpose but was also conceived as a triumphal arch through which monarchs paraded on their coronation day.
By climbing its historic spiral steps to the upper observation gallery, you'll closely examine the scars of the battles it has withstood throughout the centuries and enjoy the most spectacular and photogenic view of Charles Bridge.
Plus, you'll be accompanied by a digital audio guide in English, perfect for discovering the mysteries, legends, and history of the bridge's construction at your own pace.
