Translate this opinion into English.

You really don't need the 24-hour bus service when the hour-and-a-half walk is so short, because they don't even provide real information about what you can find at each of the different stops. Just the viewpoints. The hour-and-a-half walk is extraordinary! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is very good. The only downside is the audio guide because they didn't provide us with headphones to listen to it. Opinion translated. Show original.

The bus was very good, but the explanations could be a little more detailed.

I think there's missing information. The stops weren't clear, and neither was the map.

The bus was terrible; it didn't have a roof, and in 35-degree heat, you could easily get sick. There was no air conditioning downstairs. The bus didn't leave on time because they told me the other one had broken down. It was awful because I was going with my grandchildren to spend a pleasant day, and it was a disaster. The first stop it made at the train station was to sell tickets to train passengers. We lost almost half an hour and got off at the Granadal stop because the situation was unbearable.

Translate this opinion into English.

We are very sorry that your experience was not what you expected. We regret both the delay caused by the breakdown and the inconvenience during the journey and the stop at the station.

Very good except that the bus made a stop for a few minutes at a viewpoint. All the passengers got off and took photos, but then we realized the bus had left. Fortunately, the driver of the next bus was lovely and let us on to confirm the visit. It was very bad that the driver who left us behind didn't make any warning before starting the engine and leaving. Congratulations to the next driver.

No tenía aire y pasamos mucho calor. Un mala experiencia.

The bus left 30 minutes late, then we had to wait an hour at the train station while the driver had lunch. We were an hour and a half late leaving Toledo. The bus was very dirty, with food scraps and papers all over the floor, and the windows and glass were filthy. There was no air conditioning, and we were very hot. A bad experience.

This was a huge waste of time and money as the majority if the stops are out of the tourist area. Once you get to any of the main attractions it's easier to just walk around from there rather than trying to find the bus. Also the bus stops are not clearly identified. Our bus had no air conditioning and ut was 38 degrees out. The bus driver was smoking on the bus then spraying something to try and cover up the smell. He also enjoyed a sandwich while driving. I wasted a lot of money on this.
